No, I'm not making any major baby announcements!
I'm only reminiscing about planning my little monkey's nursery and I was inspired by Chassity's quest for the perfect room for her baby bundle.
I know plain gray walls might not be the most popular choice for a nursery, but it's what I used in Luke's room and I love the calm feeling it evokes. Calm + Nursery = Happy Mommy!
I hope everyone is having a great week so far.
It's been a huge one for us!
My oldest niece got engaged last night *happy tears!* and my second oldest niece (I have five nieces by the way!) will be in the homecoming court at her high school on Friday.
I'm so excited for both of them!
I also want to say a big thank you to all of you for reading my daily ramblings...it means the world to me!
Lots of love to you guys!

Ohhh how I love thee. Thank you so much for sharing this with me, Emily! I love this nursery!
ReplyDeleteif you do have another baby this nursery is awesome!! I love all the details here!
ReplyDeleteYay! So glad you ladies like it! Sadly, I won't get to actually plan this nursery since we're stopping at 2 rugrats, but I can always incorporate a few pieces into a big boy room. The horse painting would be my first choice!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this!! Emily, I want to have a boy now that you've inspired me with this gorgeous nursery! LOVE the sitting area the most!! It looks so relaxing and chic! Who can really say that about a boys nursery? You definitely made it happen!! Putting this in my future inspiration nursery folder!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS to your nieces! I know you are the super cool aunt everyone needs to have in their lives!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the nursery design! I love the drapery, chair and everything. Happy to be your newest follower. :)
