A Holly Jolly Table

One of my favorite parts of this time of year is the bevy of gorgeous holiday entertaining images that pop up everywhere.  I found a few that I love from years past, and I'm sensing a theme among them.
Do you see it?

Non-traditional colors and mixed metals are on the menu for
my soiree style, it seems, and I'm feeling inspired.

Never one to let inspiration pass, I rounded up a few items that are
sure to make any Christmas bash bright:

8. michael aram salt & pepper shakers   9. kate spade china  10. sugar paper place card

I see merry making in my future.
And can we talk about that french velvet ribbon from Sara Kate Studios?
It's simple luxury wrapped up in a perfect package, and I want one of every color.

Have a wonderful Thursday everyone!

  1. Oooh, I particularly love table 3 - the colors and styling are just divine!

I saw a pine cone garland on a mantel recently, and I think that velvet ribbon would be the perfect "string" to hold the pine cones.

  6. I LOVE your picks! I tried really hard to make our Thanksgiving table the best it could be but it was lacking a lot of gold, sparkly things!

  8. I love the idea of doing a non-traditional colored table. My brother sister and do have a tradition of doing a sibling dinner and I think I'll use that second image as my inspiration.
